Your Reservation Confirmation is Your Most Informative Travel Document

If there is one document you should always have on hand while traveling with Vacation Quest, it’s your Reservation Confirmation. The document a treasure trove of information that can answer many questions you may have as far as amenities, fee amounts, directions to the resort and more.

When you save or print out a copy of your Reservation Confirmation, you’ll have all this information at your disposal:


It sounds obvious, but check-in day mix-ups are more common than you’d think. When you book a trip with Vacation Quest, you are booking a specific seven-day window in which you have access to condo – on the date indicated in your Reservation Confirmation. If you’re trying to check in outside that window, you might be out of luck.

Here is some of the important information you can find on your Confirmation documents:

  • Resort address
  • Check-in/Check-out
  • Resort Confirmation Number
  • Unit Number (could be TBA)
  • Room Size
  • Lockbox Combination

Special Conditions

We’ve mentioned the importance of the Special Conditions several times in the past – read them carefully! They can have all sorts of information such as:

  • Extra fees and security deposits
  • Parking instructions
  • Resort policies
  • Construction status

Check-In Information

Resorts provide step-by-step instructions to make sure you find the right building. Even if you have a map of GPS, it’s good to have these directions on hand, as they might have more detailed or useful information on navigating the area.

Emergency Phone Number

If an emergency arises after normal business hours, call the number listed here on the reservation.

We list the major amenities you can find both on the resort property and in your unit.

      That might be a bit difficult to accommodate that many people with condominiums, but we would recommend giving our travel agency a call at 800-879-7779. They should have plenty of options for you!
